An event blending Suzhou’s cultural tourism with the Honor of Kings—the world’s most-played mobile multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) game—took place at the square by Jinji Lake on July 15, offering both locals and tourists an opportunity to learn more about cultural tourism attractions in Suzhou and the vitality of the city.

Members of Suzhou KSG, an e-sports club dedicated to the Honor of Kings, showed up on site to recommend Suzhou’s cultural tourism resources, and roles of the Kingdom of Wu in the game appeared on the stage, surprising the participants.

The event highlighted a long list of tourist destinations in Suzhou, along with perks and discounts tailored for tourists coming during the summer holiday.

Concurrently, an exhibition featuring architecture in the Jiangjun region in the game kicked off at Star Mall, and a series of onsite activities such as cosplay enthusiasts’ interactions and theme fairs will last till Aug 10.
