The 2026 SIP “Voice of Jinji Lake” Primary and Middle Schools’ Choral Concert was held at Suzhou Jinji Lake Concert Hall, SIP on the evening of Jan 3.

The concert commenced at 7:00pm with a cappella rendition of “Descendants of the Dragon” by SIP Yuanmeng Teachers’ Choir. With exquisite techniques, the teachers expressed profound emotions through pure vocal harmony.

Then, the students from SIP Xinghai Primary School, Xingwan School and other schools gave performances, conveying joy and hope through sincere singing and infusing youthful vigor into the graceful charm of Jiangnan water towns.

Following that, SIP Yuanmeng Teachers’ Choir came back to the stage, performing a list of songs including “I Have a Pocket Full of Stars” and “The Bridge to Grandma’s Home”, showcasing their talents beyond the classroom.

The concert was not merely an artistic feast to welcome the New Year, but also a showcase of SIP long-term commitment to promoting universal access of aesthetic education and elite talent cultivation.
