The Jingying Apartment Community in SIP, a rental housing project designed for young elites, is undergoing a series of improvements which are aimed at enhancing space utilization and life quality.

The stilt floors in 12 buildings have been turned into fitness spaces equipped with gym equipment for tenants to do physical exercises.

The “Women’s Micro Home” on the third floors of the project’s service center has been transformed into a space that can be used for different purposes during different periods.It is mainly used for self-study, and also for social activities, skill training and meetings.

Moreover, the community’s guide system has been upgraded, and artistic installations added and manhole covers painted to meet young people’s demand for a modern, vibrant community.
