SIP has upgraded its preferential house renting policies this year to make it easier for fresh graduates with a college degree or above to have a home.

SIP now has 10 residential quarters offering over 9,000 rental houses under the preferential policies. There are diverse options, including shared apartments for singles, apartments for families, as well as single-room and two-room houses for entire-property renting, with rents below the market average—starting as low as RMB750 per month.

These rental housing projects are managed by SIP Hengtai Rental Housing Co Ltd, a member of SIP-based real estate conglomerate Hengtai Holding. They are move-in ready homes with not only quality hardware but also considerate services and frequent social activities.
