Recently, SIP Municipal Service Group completed the replacement of 298 bridge bearings on the Xinghua Street Overpass without disrupting traffic, efficiently upgrading a 3.1-kilometer road section that has been in safe service for nearly two decades.

For the first time, the group applied the PLC synchronous lifting technology on a large scale. Based on the hydraulic synchronous control technology, large-tonnage, ultra-thin jacks and high-precision sensors were used, and the central control system collected data in real time and dynamically adjusted the lifting force to achieve smooth and uniform beam lifting. All old rubber bearings were replaced with more durable pot bearings.

This practice minimized traffic disruption while maximizing precision and safety, offering a replicable solution for urban bridge maintenance.
