A training class for talents in the micro and nano fabrication and new materials sectors was opened in Nanopolis Suzhou, SIP recently as part of a training program designed to support SIP to craft the “623” industrial system which features six major industrial clusters and 23 key industry chains.

The training program, jointly sponsored by SIP Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, SIP Science and Technology Innovation Committee and the SIP branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, marks a significant step that SIP is taking to promote strategic integration of talent, industry and innovation chains. It is expected to help SIP quicken its pace toward a world-class high-tech park.

The training class for talents in the micro and nano fabrication and new materials sectors attracted trainees from over 30 companies engaged in nano materials, semiconductors, photoelectrons, precision manufacturing and other fields. It consists of lectures given by industrial experts, on-site practices and field surveys devised to help the trainees enhance abilities of dealing with complicated tasks in work.
